Yeovil PCN announce POP-UP Pfizer Clinics in Yeovil

    Yeovil Primary Care Network has announced Pop-Up Pfizer Clinics at 'The Gateway' in Addlewell Lane, Yeovil.

    The Pop-Up Clinics are as follows:

    THURSDAY 24th JUNE
    Yeovil Gateway Church (Addlewell Lane) 
     18.15 – 21.00
    300 doses available on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
    The clinic will be open to all 18 years +
    We will vaccinate 1st or 2nd dose 
    If it is your 2nd dose then  you need to have had your 1st PFIZER dose prior to the 14th of MAY 
    If you are coming for your 2nd dose PFIZER please bring your vaccination card (if possible)
    All individuals vaccinated will be required to wait for 15 minutes after their vaccine. 
    Please be aware parking will be difficult at the Gateway and you are advised to park further away in order to avoid car park delays. 
     
     
    SATURDAY 26th JUNE
    Yeovil Gateway Church (Addlewell Lane) 
    11.00 – 17.00 
    600 doses available on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
    The clinic will be open to all 18 years +
    All individuals vaccinated will be required to wait for 15 minutes after their vaccine. 
    Please be aware parking will be difficult at the Gateway and you are advised to park further away in order to avoid car park delays.
