An appeal for witnesses has been issued, following a knife attack in Yeovil’s Ninesprings Country Park. The victim was walking along the footpath on August 30th between 7.30 and 8 pm when he was attacked by what’s being described as a “bladed article”. He was taken to hospital but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. The suspect is described as aged between 16 and 18, approximately 5 foot 10 inches to 6 feet in height, of slim build, with a full, thin beard and wearing a black tracksuit.
