A Yeovil man, who admitted causing a fatal road crash near Beaminster, which also left two other people with serious injuries, has been jailed for fourteen years. Shane Bovey was sentenced at Bournemouth Crown Court after admitting causing death and serious injury by dangerous driving at Mosterton in February. He was also disqualified from driving for ten years, with the ban to start when he's released from prison. Nicole Bowden died from injuries she received in the crash. Her daughter, Emily Fox-Williams, remains under treatment in hospital.
