Numatic says it’s investing £30 million in converting the site on the Millfield Road Industrial Estate into a state-of-the-art production facility with raw materials entering at one end and finished products leaving at the other with the creation of new employment opportunities.

They’re again asking the public to only call 999 if someone is seriously injured or ill and there is a risk to life.
Garden waste collections across South Somerset are about to restart following a six-week break. Somerset Waste Partnership says garden waste will start to get collected again beginning from next Monday, September 13th. The six-week suspension was introduced for staff to be redeployed on collecting general household waste.
